How We Hold the Work
Soma Vibrations is grounded in the understanding that healing arises when the nervous system is met, not managed.
Our work is guided by somatic education, medical ethics, and relational care. Every offering is held within a framework that prioritizes safety, consent, pacing, and individual agency.
We do not aim to fix or override experience.
We support people in learning how to stay present with what is already arising, safely and consciously.
Our Guiding Principles
Relational Healing
Healing is not something that happens in isolation. It emerges through relationship — between body and mind, practitioner and participant, and the environment that holds the work. Sessions are responsive and adaptive, not prescriptive.
Somatic Literacy
We emphasize education and skill-building so individuals understand what is happening in their nervous system. Insight becomes sustainable when the body feels safe enough to integrate it.
Choice and Agency
Participants are never pushed toward intensity or catharsis. Choice, orientation, and self-trust are central to every experience.
Integration as Practice
Preparation and integration are not add-ons. They are essential components of meaningful change, allowing experience to be translated into daily life.
Ethical Use of Medicine
When ketamine is included, it is offered within a legally compliant, medically supervised framework and always paired with somatic support and integration. Medicine is treated as a context for learning, not a solution.
The Care Team
Soma Vibrations is collaboratively held by a physician, a somatic facilitator, and a nurse practitioner, bringing together medical oversight, experiential education, and relational presence.
Dr. Mark Gocke, MD
Internal Medicine Physician
Mark brings decades of patient-centered care informed by integrative medicine, contemplative practice, and ongoing study in psychedelic-assisted care. His role emphasizes medical safety, ethical oversight, and compassionate companionship.
Marnie Collins-Gocke
Somatic Facilitator & Integration Guide
Marnie’s work centers on somatic education, integration support, and experiential learning through sound, movement, and guided inquiry. Her facilitation is grounded in trauma-informed practice, nervous-system literacy, and respect for individual pacing.
Hannah Fields, MSN, NP
Integrative Nurse Practitioner
Hannah offers steady, attentive clinical support rooted in whole-person care. Her presence supports safety, continuity, and trust throughout the work.
Lineage & Influence
Our approach is informed by longstanding traditions in movement meditation, sound research, and psychedelic integration. These lineages shape how we hold space — emphasizing humility, ethics, and respect — rather than prescribing a belief system or method.
Our Orientation
Transformation does not require fixing what is broken.
It requires conditions that support regulation, presence, and meaning-making.
At Soma Vibrations, we focus on cultivating those conditions — carefully, intentionally, and with care.
