ETHOSWe are a legal, sacred, and somatically supported journey space crafted with intention by a physician, a sound facilitator, and a nurse practitioner who believe in the healing that happens when the nervous system is met, not managed.
Here, you're not diagnosed. You're not fixed.
You're invited to rest, release, reconnect, and remember.
Our Philosophy
This is not a clinic. This is not a ceremony. This is a legally grounded, somatically intelligent sanctuary for inner work—designed from the ground up by professionals with deep medical, musical, and psychedelic training.
Our work is built upon three guiding principles:
🌀 Symbiotic Consciousness
We believe healing is relational. Each session is a dynamic interaction between your body, the medicine, live sound, and the container we co-create. Nothing is forced. Everything is allowed.
🌿 Ancestral Wisdom,
Modern Tools
We draw from ancient practices—sound as medicine, movement as meditation—and bring them into a therapeutic framework supported by legal ketamine, medical monitoring, and somatic integration. We don’t replicate rituals. We honor the roots while shaping a modern path forward.
📚 Education as Empowerment
Our clients are curious, thoughtful, and discerning. That’s why we don’t offer a service—we offer understanding. Whether through 1:1 sessions, movement meditations, or workshops, we help you understand how these tools work, so your system can feel safe enough to receive them.
👥 Who We Are
Dr. Mark Gocke, MD – Board-certified internist, IPI-trained ketamine provider, longtime meditation practitioner
Marnie Collins, Cosmic Coordinator – Sound practitioner, student of Dennis McKenna and Alexandre Tannous and Shiva Rea grounded in somatic and vibrational healing
Hannah Fields, Nurse Practitioner (FAU), integrative, geriatric and heart centered care specialist, offering clinical support and compassionate presence throughout each journey.

This vision was born from a convergence of paths: Mark, a board-certified internist with decades of patient care, studied psychedelic medicine through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI).
Marnie, a sound facilitator and student of Shiva Rea, Dennis McKenna, trained in sonic therapy with ethnomusicologist Alexandre Tannous, where she explored how harmonic overtone structures can quiet the Default Mode Network and invite inner spaciousness.
Their shared work is rooted in harm reduction, somatic integration, and a deep belief in the body’s ability to reorganize itself in the right setting.
Soma Vibrations takes inspiration from sacred places—most notably the chakra gardens of Willka T’ika in Urubamba, Peru, where Mark and Marnie deepened their understanding of energetic healing through nature.
The living frequency of those gardens informs every session: colors, tones, and textures are woven into the space.
We believe transformation doesn’t require fixing. It requires space, sound, and safety.
At Soma Vibrations, we don’t treat symptoms. We tend to the soil.
Founded by Dr. Mark Gocke and Marnie Collins, Soma Vibrations is a sanctuary for those seeking self-inquiry, nervous system restoration, and sacred pause through legally supported ketamine journeys.
