ETHOS

A legal, sacred, and somatically supported journey space crafted with intention by a physician, a sound facilitator, and a nurse practitioner who believe in the healing that happens when the nervous system is met, not managed.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

🌀 Symbiotic Consciousness
Healing is relational. Each session is a dynamic interaction between your body, the medicine, live sound, and the container we co-create. Nothing is forced. Everything is allowed.

🌿 Ancestral Wisdom, Modern Tools
We draw from ancient practices—sound as medicine, movement as meditation—and bring them into a therapeutic framework supported by legal ketamine, medical monitoring, and somatic integration.

📚 Education as Empowerment
We don’t just offer a service—we share understanding. Whether through 1:1 sessions, movement meditations, or workshops, we help you learn how these tools work so your system can feel safe enough to receive them.

Dr. Mark Gocke, MD

Internal Medicine Doctor • Psychedelic-Assisted Care

Mark is an internal medicine physician with decades of patient care, shaped by spiritual inquiry and a deep reverence for the human experience. His path weaves together liberal arts, medical training at Georgetown, service during the AIDS epidemic in Miami, and ongoing study of functional medicine, meditation, sound, and the Integrative Psychiatry Institute’s program in psychedelic medicine. At Soma Vibrations, Mark offers safe, physician-led ketamine journeys in a sanctuary setting.

“My goal is not to cure. My goal is to companion. Healing arises in the space between.”

Marnie Collins-Gocke

Cosmic Coordinator • Sound & Somatic Practitioner

Born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens, Marnie bridges artistry, movement, and devotion to sound. Trained with Alexandre Tannous, Dennis McKenna, and Shiva Rea, she brings overtone-rich soundscapes and movement meditation as gateways into altered states. A Reiki master, gong enthusiast, and sacred-space curator, she crafts environments for nervous system restoration and self-inquiry. At Soma Vibrations, she integrates lineage, design, and devotion into every session.

“Sound isn’t background — it’s the architecture of transformation.”

Hannah Fields, MSN, NP

Integrative Nurse Practitioner • Heart-Centered Care

Hannah began her career in oncology, inspired by her grandmother’s journey with cancer, before specializing in geriatric medicine. Over the years, she has woven together deep clinical training with a holistic philosophy, supporting patients not just as bodies but as whole beings. She offers a compassionate presence, and an intuitive ability to meet people exactly where they are. Her passion is helping individuals move from survival mode into genuine vitality — supporting them as both a clinician and a heart-centered guide.

“Calm, clear, and steady — the one you want by your side.”

Roots & Inspiration

Soma Vibrations takes inspiration from sacred places—most notably the Chakra Gardens of Willka T’ika in Urubamba, Peru, where Mark and Marnie deepened their understanding of energetic healing through nature. The living frequency of those gardens informs every session: colors, tones, and textures are woven into the space.

Our time in the Sacred Valley was profoundly shaped by the visionary work of Carol Cumes, who founded Willka T’ika as a sanctuary where Andean wisdom and yoga philosophy meet. Her creation of the Chakra Gardens — co-tended with local Quechua farmers — remains a living example of how devotion and reciprocity can transform land into sacred space.

We believe transformation doesn’t require fixing.
It requires space, sound, and safety.

At Soma Vibrations, we don’t treat symptoms.
We tend to the soil.
