SOMATIC EDUCATION AND INTEGRATION

Somatic skill-building through sound, movement, and guided inquiry

Somatic education and integration offerings are designed to cultivate practical somatic skills that support nervous-system regulation, emotional integration, and embodied awareness.

These practices are not about seeking peak or altered states. They are about learning how to meet sensation, emotion, and internal experience with orientation, choice, and agency — skills that are applicable in everyday life as well as in non-ordinary states of consciousness.

All Living Vibration sessions are available as stand-alone practices or as part of preparation and integration for psychedelic work. No substances are required.

Core Practices

Sonic Practice

Sound as a tool for orientation and regulation

These sessions use overtone-rich instruments to support nervous-system settling, attentional flexibility, and embodied listening. Sound is offered as a practice field, not a performance.

Sessions may include:

  • gong, bowls, chimes, and overtone instruments

  • guided orientation and intention-setting

  • breath and attention cues

  • integration reflection

Clients learn how sound can be used as a resource for regulation, presence, and internal tracking — skills transferable beyond the session itself.

Movement Practice

Embodied inquiry through breath, rhythm, and somatic awareness

Movement sessions emphasize listening rather than performance. Practices are adaptive, invitational, and paced according to the individual’s nervous system.

Movement may include:

  • gentle rhythmic sequencing

  • breath-led transitions

  • somatic tracking and choice points

  • support for emotional expression and discharge

The focus is not on form, but on how the body responds to movement — building confidence in one’s capacity to stay present through sensation and change.

Guided Imagery & Integration

Somatic anchoring and meaning-making

These sessions support individuals in processing experiences — whether from everyday life, therapeutic work, or non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Sessions may support:

  • preparation or integration for psychedelic experiences

  • working with symbolic material or internal imagery

  • developing somatic resources for emotional regulation

  • translating insight into daily life

This work emphasizes grounding, pacing, and agency, ensuring that insight becomes usable rather than overwhelming.

About Lineage & Training

The work at Soma Vibrations is informed by decades of study and practice in movement meditation, sound research, and psychedelic integration. These lineages shape how sessions are facilitated — emphasizing ethics, respect, and nervous-system safety — rather than prescribing a particular belief system or technique.

(If you want, lineage can live on Ethos instead. It does not need to be here.)

Why This Matters

Learning how to stay present with internal experience — rather than bypassing, suppressing, or chasing intensity — is a skill that supports resilience, insight, and meaningful change.

Somatic education and integration practices are designed to teach exactly that.
