〰️Sound is our first language and our
most trusted medicine. 〰️
This is not about healing as a performance. It’s about remembrance.
A reset. A rehabilitation of rhythm. A repatterning of the inner dialogue.
When sound is used with intention and reverence, it becomes a tool not just for rest—but for realization.
At Soma Vibrations, we
don’t treat symptoms—
we create conditions for
the nervous system to
relearn safety and
resonance.
Used intentionally, live sound can support and transform a wide range of human experiences:
- Insomnia
- Interpersonal dynamics
- Eczema and somatized stress
- Trauma release and emotional regulation
- Hormonal balance
- Depression and anxiety
- Empowerment and self-confidence
- Positive behavioral change
- Disengaging from undesirable habits
- Breaking repetitive cognitive loops
- Experiencing calm and peace
- Cultivating self-love and compassion
- Enhancing dream recall and lucid dreaming
- Deepening connection to higher self
- Expanding self-awareness and self-inquiry
- Supporting cellular-level healing
- Building empathy toward self and others
- Reducing the noise-to-sound ratio in the mind
- Dissolving destructive mental chatter
- Addressing addictive and reactive thought patterns
- Developing psychonautic skillsets
- Reprogramming through ritual and vibration
- Learning to work with altered states for insight and growth
Sound Meditation Mindset
The quality of a sound journey is shaped not only by instruments, but by inner readiness.
Some elements that prepare the field—mind, body, and heart—for sound to do what it’s meant to do:
• Mindset & Intention – What do I bring into this space? What am I willing to leave behind?
• Attention & Willingness Sound doesn’t demand attention—it invites it. Willingness softens the grip of resistance.
• Awareness & Discernment – What sensations are arising? What stories am I telling about them? What can I simply notice?
• Presence of Mind, Reasoning, Intuition & Curiosity – Stay alert, stay open, stay humble.
• Context & Setting – Every soundscape is shaped by its space. The room becomes the final instrument.
• Meditation, Contemplation & Mindfulness – Stillness is not silence—it’s attentive listening.
• Breathing & Visualization – The breath is both anchor and amplifier.
• Guided Perception & Vocalization – A phrase or tone can become the whole teaching.
• Overtones & Emitting Instruments – Frequencies that speak directly to the body's architecture.
• Olfactory Medicine – A single scent can open memory, soften armor, or call in calm.
• Judicious & Equanimous Listening – This is active neutrality. Receive everything, attach to nothing.
Alexandre once shared with me the acronym SATA: Surrender. Allow. Trust. Accept.
These are the inner keys that unlock the deepest resonance. When we enter the sound field with SATA, the ego softens and the body becomes a tuning fork for transformation.
You are an alchemical process. You are fully capable of letting go of what no longer serves you, and fully capable of becoming what you are growing toward.

My Process
I don’t plan. I prepare.
The less I script, the more intuitively I can respond to the energy of the client and the moment. Before each session, I ask for guidance from the divine—for clarity, for calm, and for protection around the space and the soul who is arriving.
I refrain from caffeine. I maintain my movement meditation practice to keep my own nervous system regulated. I listen inwardly before I ever strike a tone.
Each session begins with an energetic reading of the client: what their system might need, what it might resist, what it might be ready to release. From there, I work within a gentle but powerful framework:
- Soft entry with kalimba and Koshi chimes
- Layering of crystal singing bowls and Himalayan bowls
- Deep remembering through a 36” gong named Atlantis
Atlantis is not struck—it’s caressed. I strum it with a rubber mallet like a harp, allowing it to build into deep, gravitational tones with fuzzy mallets. After 20 minutes of gong resonance, the atmosphere itself begins to shift. Gravity lightens. The room begins to breathe.
I am not a musician. I don’t read or perform music. I use sound intuitively, as a regenerative force. Each tone is chosen through cellular listening—crafted not just for the client before me, but for the collective field we all share.
My Instruments
Each instrument is chosen for its unique vibrational qualities.
Together, they create a multidimensional landscape of sound:
- 36” Gong – “Atlantis”: played with mallets and strummed like a harp
- 27” Symphonic Gong – Paiste: used in combination with Atlantis
- Himalayan Singing Bowls: ancient, textured, grounding
- Crystal Singing Bowls: bright, frequency-pure
- Kalimba & Koshi Chimes: delicate, soothing entry tones
- Meinl Rain Drum (24”): a standalone treatment tool mimicking oceanic rhythm
- Tuning Forks: applied around the body to balance and tone the energy field
🌊 The Arc of a Session
Every session is a wave: a gentle build from breath to depth, never too intense. Sound is introduced slowly, moving around the body like a warm blanket. The session peaks gently and ends in resonance, not silence, allowing a soft return to presence.
Afterward, clients can integrate through stillness, journaling, or listening to a curated post-session playlist.
